Mike Yahraus Has Many Years of Experience in The Construction Industry

Mike Yahraus has extensive experience in commercial and luxury multi-family residential construction projects from $30M to $200M. He is a seasoned project manager with proven success in the development and implementation of complex project solutions. It has LEED Gold Certification for core and shell construction. 1450 Brickell Office Building is a notable project completed by Mike. This $145M GMP contract was winner of USGBC South Florida - "Project of the Year - LEED Core & Shell" and Crystal Achievement Award for "Most Innovative Protective Glazing Project" in the year 2011. In 2012, it received "Project of the Year" by the Urban Land Institute. His current involvements include Miami Bridge Youth and Family Services - Project Manager / Coordinator for a major renovation of their facility organized through in-kind subcontractor and vendor contributions - 2011.

His contributions to the construction industry have been praised by his employers as well as his peers. The Surf Club project is an ongoing $200M GMP contract in Surfside, FL. This multi-building (Richard Meier Design) redevelopment project is located on a 7 acre historic site. Mike Yahraus, Florida Has Worked on Several Prestigious Construction Projects

Mike Yahraus, Florida is an accomplished project manager in the field of construction. He has worked on several prestigious projects over the years and provided exceptional services to his employers. Many projects that he has worked on have been highlighted for their innovative designs and time-bound completion. Mike graduated (with honors) from the university of Florida, ME Rinker School of Building Construction with a BS in Construction Management (class of 2001). He graduated from Miami Killian Sr. High School in Miami, FL (Class of ‘95).

While working with his current employer, he has handled the responsibilities of a project manager for several multi-million dollar construction projects. The Bayview 8 - Fisher Island project was a $27M lump sum contract from 2003-2005. The seven story multi family residential condo was built according to client specifications while taking in account the most modern building practices and innovative construction techniques.

One of the most prestigious construction projects handled by Mike Yahraus has been the 1450 Brickell Office Building. This 145M GMP project was completed from 2007 to 2010. The 35 story glass, 1.1M SF, Glass Curtainwall Core and Shell Construction not only awed the clients, but also gathered praise from architecture specialists throughout the construction industry. This project was 2011 winner for Project of the Year awarded by USGBC South Florida. The 1450 Brickell Office Building was the first LEED certified office building in South Florida and it also received LEED Gold Certification for its Core and Shell. Presently, Mike Yahraus, Florida is handling several ongoing projects in the Florida region. The Surf Club project is an ongoing $200M GMP contract in Surfside, FL. This multi-building (Richard Meier Design) redevelopment project is located on a 7 acre historic site. Another ongoing project under Mike Yahraus' guidance is the Monte Carlo Luxury Rentals, a $30M GMP Contract on Miami Beach. The 19 story tall multi-family residential rental apartments will contain 136 units.
