Mike Yahraus, Florida is presently serving as Project Manager at Coastal Construction Company. Surf Club is one of his ongoing projects. This $250M GMP contract is a multi-building (Richard Meier Design) redevelopment project on a seven acre historic site. Monte Carlo Luxury Rentals is his other ongoing project. It is a $30M GMP contract and includes multi family residential rental apartments. Using his experience and creative skills, he completes projects within time and budget.
