Mike Yahraus has project management skills and is able to complete the construction projects he manages within time and budget constraints. He has achieved proven success in the development and implementation of complex project solutions. He is presently serving as the Project Executive at Coastal Construction. Surf Club is one of his ongoing projects. This multi-building redevelopment project is built on a seven acre historic site. He is also working on Monte Carlo Luxury Rentals. This $30M GMP Contract includes construction of multifamily residential rental apartments. 1450 Brickell Office Building is one of his prestigious projects. This $145M GMP contract was completed from 2007 to 2010. It was the first LEED Certified Office Building in South Florida. It was winner of "Project of the Year - LEED Core and Shell" by USGBC South Florida in 2011. In the same year, it was awarded with Crystal Achievement Award-"Most Innovative Protective Glazing Project." Urban Land Institute awarded it with "Project of the Year" in the year 2012.

In his career, Mike Yahraus has completed several commercial and luxury multi-family residential construction projects ranging from $30M to $200M. He has the ability to reduce project costs and schedules to meet aggressive timelines and budgets to increase profit margins and customer satisfaction. He began his construction career as Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager with RJ Griffin Company. He completed several important projects with great success. His projects included Hammock Beach Resort Phase I, Hammock Beach Phase II, and The Club @ Hammock Beach.
